Community-Centered Workshops
- Workshops and Community offerings will be tailored for your group/community. Please reach out to inquire about how I can best support you.
You and your family can learn tools to:
- Recognize your own needs within the context of your family and community
- Communicate more effectively with one another so your bonds can strengthen
- Work toward healing wounds and traumas that have occurred within the family system
- Set goals and plans that honor your individual and collective emotional needs
EMDR $185 private pay; Some insurances accepted

I am incredibly passionate about helping others to meet themselves over and over again during all the stages of their healing and practice self -acceptance, compassion and curiosity.
As with any intervention, there are both risks and benefits. Reach out for a consultation if you feel like you may be a good candidate for EMDR and I can provide feedback as to what the possible risks and benefits would be.
Training/Consultation $150 per hour
I am available for trainings and consultations in the areas of:
- Highly sensitive people
- Childhood sexual abuse
- Inner child and inter-generational healing
- Queer BIPOC
- Neurodivergence
- Complex PTSD and Developmental Trauma
